For our Standard and Free delivery services, the delivery date is subject to our truck’s schedule and product availability, particularly for custom-made or pre-order items. This service is exclusively available for online purchases. Our delivery team will determine the delivery date, and we will inform the customer at least 2-5 working days before the actual delivery date.
Customized or made-to-order items may require 3-5 weeks for production. Special overseas import items may take up to 2-3 months for delivery.
Customers who wish to select a specific delivery date or have special requests may incur additional charges for delivery fees. These rates apply for a single drop only, and additional charges may apply for additional drops. Please contact us for any special delivery requests.

Delivery rate is calculated based on delivery address, total weight of the product(s), product size and quantity. Delivery charges will be shown at the “Check Out” page, and before you make any payments.

For Klang Valley areas, delivery will take approximately 3 days to 2 weeks from the date of Confirmation of Order. For other locations, delivery may take 2 to 5 weeks subject to delivery address, type of products, shipping method and other factors may be to consider. Please note that estimated delivery duration may subject to change due to the dynamic nature of shipping and delivery. Our Warehouse will be in touch with you for final confirmation of actual delivery date. No delivery services on Sunday and Public Holidays. All receipts of goods will be required to sign the Delivery Order document as proof of receipt the goods in good condition.
Additional fees will apply per trip for deliveries with limited accessibility or with no lift access. Labour charges for inaccessibility to lift / using staircase applicable to fourth floor onwards and charged at RM50 per level per item.
Our delivery team will call to confirm your delivery date/address, once the date and address is mutually agreed, we will proceed to book a truck and arrange for delivery.
You can call to change the delivery date/address but we need an advance notice of at least 3 working days.
Any cancellation/delivery date/delivery time/delivery address change that is made 2 working days before the delivery date will be subjected to a fee chargeable by the transport provider.
